Does Scrollbase send the emails?

Not yet. Shopify Messaging has no way for apps to send, so you import the finished email there with Code your own. Sending from Scrollbase, with flows and segments, is coming.

Does it only show ads made in Scrollbase?

No. It reads every ad in your Meta ad account, archived ones too, whoever made them.

Will it make up a sale or a discount?

No. An email mentions an offer only when you add one, with your code and terms, and shoppers type the code at checkout. Other emails never mention prices or codes.

Why one row per post and not per ad?

Comments live on the post, and one creative in ten ad sets is still one post. Showing it once keeps its comments together and stops you answering the same question twice.

Where are the pictures kept?

On Shopify Files, so the preview and the sent email use the same cdn.shopify.com addresses. An email can't be exported until they're there.

What can I do on each platform?

On Facebook: reply, like, hide and delete, as your Page. On Instagram: reply, hide and delete; liking there needs one more permission from Meta.

How does it know what works for my brand?

It reads your sent emails' numbers from Shopify, ties each send to the email it came from, and writes down what sold and what didn't. Every new email reads that first.

Why do some Facebook comments say Facebook user?

Meta shares the names of people who comment only once it approves an app for that. Pages' names always show, and View opens the comment on Facebook.
